Casey Jones
BRAND AMBASSADOR
Casey has spent his entire professional life in the Home Furnishings Industry, beginning his career during the late 1980’s in Dallas (his hometown) working for the textile company, F. Schumacher & Co. After several years growing through the ranks of the company, he accepted an offer to relocate to their headquarters in NYC. After spending 7 years in Manhattan, Casey was approached by a recruiter and ultimately accepted a position as National Sales Manager for American Leather. This meant a move back to his hometown of Dallas, TX and a new opportunity to grow in his career.
After a year in that role, an unexpected opportunity arose out here in the Northwest. Having been engaged in recruiting a new rep to replace one who was retiring, he took a giant leap of faith and chose to accept a new challenge as an independent Brand Ambassador for American Leather in the Northwest & Western Canada. In June of 2005 Casey & Jody packed up their lives, gave up comfortable corporate jobs and headed West!
It was a life-changing experience for both and they have grown what was a small, quiet territory into one of the largest in the company. As Brand Ambassadors, they cover a territory that includes Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, British Columbia, Alberta and Alaska.
Casey & Jody added BDI to their bag in 2006, having been offered a chance to expand their offering with another premier Industry brand, 2019 brought partnership with Eastern Accents, 2022 with Wendover Art Group, and 2023 with West Bros. It is a perfect package of lines that compliment one another and share similar Corporate values and culture. When he’s not flying or driving to the nether regions of their territory Casey can be found running, biking, swimming, skiing, cooking and engaging in abundant activity with the kids.
Jody Jones
BRAND AMBASSADOR
Jody grew up in Louisville, Kentucky and studied psychology in college and graduate school. After leaving graduate school Jody attended massage school, ventured on a 6 month international solo trip, and even spent time as a server and preschool teacher. In her later 20's Jody joined the corporate world and moved to Dallas where she quickly became the top performer in a local tech recruiting firm. After the tech crash of 2001, she joined the highly regarded sales organization, Sewell Lexus and sold cars for 3 years.
Jody left her job in 2005 and joined Casey in the leap of faith, traveling across the country to Seattle to become the Brand Ambassadors for American Leather. When she’s not working in our home office in Bend, Jody can be found skiing, doing yoga or spending time with her two children Zoe and Max, two dogs Fia and Lizzie, and her fabulous friends.
Lindsay Barthelman
BRAND AMBASSADOR
Lindsay joined our team in 2015. After years working as an Interior Designer and Visual Merchandiser, she took a leap of faith of her own to embark upon a new chapter in brand representation. She is the creative director for all floor stock recommendations, visual presentations, social media, marketing, and managing our website. Often on the road visiting customers, her favorite job requirement is the semi-annual trip to High Point.
Although originally from southern California, Lindsay was raised in the Pacific Northwest where she now lives and works in Maple Valley, WA with her husband Matt, nine year old son Bryce, and resident office cat, Mozzy.
She's an avid reader and enjoys hot yoga, iced coffee, genealogy, art nouveau, paddle boarding, Asian cuisine, and exploring the beautiful lakes, trails, and rivers in her backyard.
