American Leather has launched our B2B portal. This tool allows you to check the status of your orders in real time and view any order delays.
Please use the link below to register for access. Registrations will be onboarded within several business days.
Once you receive your login credentials please share them with anyone in your organization who needs to be updated about customer order status, delay info, etc.
A screenshare video is available, which is just a quick walkthrough of the B2B Portal (LINK HERE). Most of our retail partners have found this to be enough to get them up to speed and begin using the tool successfully.
This first iteration of the B2B portal is about simplicity. Additional features will be added as the tool becomes more robust.
